A vibrant and captivating mixed media artwork by contemporary Dutch artist Bart Hamelink, showcasing his signature urban art aesthetic and playful character design. This dynamic composition features four distinctive characters aligned in a row, each inhabiting its own boldly colored environment. From left to right: a mysterious skull-faced figure in black against an electric pink backdrop, a charming bunny-like creature with oversized purple eyes on a warm orange-red field, a whimsical green character with striking blue circular eyes against sunny yellow, and finally a contemplative blue figure with skull-like features on a yellow-turquoise gradient.

The artwork exemplifies Hamelink's masterful fusion of street art spontaneity with refined artistic technique. Bold brushstrokes and spray paint create energetic color blocks that frame each character, while expressive black line work defines their quirky personalities. The piece radiates a sense of childlike wonder mixed with urban edge, characteristic of Hamelink's ability to blend innocence with contemporary street culture.

The title "CIRCUS MONKEYS IN MY MIND" appears prominently at the bottom, offering insight into the artist's creative process and imagination. Signed by the artist.

This work perfectly captures Hamelink's distinctive visual language - where cartoon-like simplicity meets sophisticated composition, creating characters that are simultaneously humorous, melancholic, and deeply engaging.
